Food was good. Wait staff was very attentive. One negitive comment from table of 4. Ounion strings were not very hot
The burgers are good servers very nice and professional
Red Robin is ok...didn't find anything spectacular about it, nor terrible about it. Some of their burgers are WAY overpriced for that type of establishment.
Food was good, However, you really need to offer other was to pay than electronically at the table. This seems difficult, especially for the seniors. This is a way to loose business.
Service was excellent...and can never go wrong with endless steak fries.
We haven't been to a Red Robin in quite some time. We try our best to stay out of the HEB triangle. But last night we ended up with Ashley (star on the elbow) and she impressed us. Getting clarification on the Half n' Half vs Arnold Palmer was good but making sure we had extra ranch, getting our food on time, making sure our drinks stayed full (3 different types of tea requests), checking in with us while smiling and throwing some welcomed banter on the table was what a brand champion for Red Robin should look like.
