The presentation of the food and timelines was poor.
The burger, frys, onion rings were great. We were a group of 12. The waiter was very friendly. One of our party was being served and the waiter spilled a large amount of melted garlic butter all over his shoulder. We asked if they had a Red Robin shirt he could change into. He needed a XL. The manager came out with a medium which was refused because it wouldn't fit. After dinner he was not comped his meal or offered a discount which we found odd. We come to west palm for fair. We stopped for a burger. Services was good as was good.
