Last time we were here (about a week ago) everything from the service and food were great. This time, not so great. My niece ordered a pizza which had black burnt edges and I ordered a salad which was ok but the bread was stale. I told the waiter and she brought more but it was also stale. Either the main cook is out or doesn’t care. Jose the host is a great host though.
The burgers are a 2thumbs up
The burger was pretty good, but the portions were not great for the prices. The service was slow and it wasn’t that busy. Ordered a burger with mayo on the side, but got no mayo. Table had no napkins or silverware until I asked for it. Told the waitress we were in a hurry, but it didn’t make anything faster.
Waitress was nice but I ordered onion soup without the bread an came with bread, ordered my burger with sauce on the side and came with no sauce, my husband ordered burger with brócoli instead of fries anc came with fries. Not happy at all.
Ordered to go and got burned to a crisp hamburgers
Our stay was excellent, also because only 4-5 customers were there at our arrival, which made the waitresses pay more attention to us. We were served bottomless fries shortly after ordering, they were hot and fresh. Then our meals came and everything was delicious. My daughter even got a second portion of pasta for free. I love Red Robin and this location didn’t disappoint. Ps. Bathroom was clean and they were playing the coolest 50’s rock n roll music ever! 🎶
I just ordered the shrimp and cod duo to share with my son. Well it looks like a kids meal and the batter was bitter. I’m not a statisfied customer today.
We went at lunch to celebrate my birthday. The food took almost half and hour and the beef patty was over cooked. I will think twice prior to going again.
Service sucked.its bad when you have a new server with a mentor and they still mess your order up.
