It's been a while and probably my last visit. They placed pads on the table to order food, drinks and so the kids or adults can play quick games. Sounds great until I get home and detail the check. We were charged $1.99 for "entertainment", which was essentially free apps on a pad. Besides the over priced burger and slow service they ran out of clean utensils. I will be contacting them on this useless charge.
The server I had here decided to take the 20% tip I left her and added to it on my credit card receipt. She gave herself a 42% tip, adding an extra number to the rip line. My credit card company alerted me to it. I spoke with two managers, and both saw my receipt and the receipt I signed in the restaurant with the correct amount on it. Both promised me a refund of the extra $$$ she added to my bill within a few days. Both lied to me, because I have yet to see the money back. Been here for over an hour and the waitress came to our table to tell us she lost our ticket. She said it sometimes happens to her. We are not coming back.
Slowest service ever and everyone in my party ended up with an upset stomach and/or diarrhea!!! Never again !!!
I was craving the Cobb Salad, my boyfriend wanted a burger, so we came here. Our server Gus was outstanding! Personable, made recommendations, and got is everything we needed. You can go almost anywhere and get good food, but great service is hard to come by. We're coming back just to see Gus, (and to try the donuts).

No wonder this place is always empty. The first time we came it was great but this time has completely destroyed my view of this restaurant. The waitress forgot our our close to a million times and then brought out the wrong order. We didn't even get NAPKINS a or UTENSILS. When we were done the waitress just grabbed our check and didn't even say "goodbye" or "have a nice day". My advice: never go to this Red Robin. PS: Bottomless Fries? Don't you need to be served fries in the first place in order for them to be bottomless? ... read more
