The burgers are always great! The clam chowder is not good at all.
The food was not bad but the service was way to slow. They were very crowded and understaffed. They brag about giving you unlimited fries but when you request more it takes over 20 minutes to bring them to you and then they are cold.
Had dinner here with my friend last night on our way in to see Blink-182 in concert. Great food and our waiter, Jeff, was awesome!
Wasn't impressed with the fries, had zero flavor and never got more but other then that everything else was good.
The food was great, like it always is. Caesar's chicken wrap is my favorite ever! My husband had the whiskey BBQ burger and seemed to like it, since it was gone lol. Only thing to complain about was the waitress wasn't barely attentive and when she was she was hardly friendly.
Blah.... service was very bad and really slow. The place was dead but was always having to remind our waiter that we need drinks or fries. Our burger was under cooked inside but charred on the outside. My turkey sandwich only had 2 thin slices of turkey for the whole sandwich! What! And they want to charge me for "extra". I felt like I was being held hostage just trying to pay and leave, why does it take 15 min plus for every turn and he disappeared so many times it was crazy 😧. We travelled over an hour just to eat there. The Chili Chili cheeseburger was so good that I got another. But my wife suffered that night from most awesome gas I had. We also had the Towering Doh! Rings. I asked the waitress to guard them while I went to the bathroom. Seriously though, the food, service, and cleanliness was all superb. Really enjoyed it. Totally worth the trip.
Food was good but service isn't as good as used to be. It's sad. Wattress took our order, brought us our food, refilled our beverages once, and then did not show up until the end and I bombarded her needing a refill of milk for my daughter and coleslaw for me.
