I came here last night with my family. The service was outstanding, we loved our server! However, this morning I was enjoying my leftover boneless chicken wings and took a bite and noticed it was completely raw in the middle. I called and spoke with the kitchen manager, but just want to make sure others have the opportunity to check and double check their food when you go there on a busy night
Went to get my free birthday burger today, had it to go. As soon as I walked in the hostess immediately greeted me with a smile. When I told her I wanted to make a to go order she sent me to the bar to place my order. The girl at the bar was super nice. I can't remember her name. But she was working the bar around 11:30 or so this morning. Both her and the hostess this morning made me feel very welcome.
it was good but they serve you there endless root beer float with a spoon that's too short for the glass. you get refills on soda but no extra ice cream? might as well been endless root beer soda, then to top it off got charged a $1.99 entertainment fee? what entertainment? we entertained ourselves. have to check and see if five guys charges an entertainment fee?
Terrible waited for ever for cold fries and very average burgers. Lousy service all the way around. smart mouthed waiter and a snob for a hostess. No wonder you could walk right in when Texas Roadhouse had a 1 hr wait. Prices are a joke never again!
Went for my free birthday burger today. Waitress never acknowledged that it was my birthday. A simple "happy birthday" is good PR. Also, there was no free dessert like last year.
