Had the unfortunate experience of a claim of 15 minute wait. Then ended up being 34 minutes with 4 other tables sat before us that checked in after us including a party of 3. When we sat we were ready to order however our server just walked away. She then checked in on the party across from us but nothing with us. Slow and mismanaged front of the house.

My wife and I visited your location in Bloomington Ill last night around 8pm. This is our first outing since the ease of the Covid and we decided to dine in. We were greeted at the door and given a waitress named Nina. I will have to say that this was an awesome experience. She followed all social distancing rules and promptly took our order, checked in with us several times during our meal. I would highly reccomend this location and hopefully you will get Nina as your server...Thanks for the great experience and awesome foo... read more

I just want to say we showed up with a group of 14 including multiple children who kept the 2 waitresses hopping, with bottomless fries, drinks and macaroni. the waitresses were amazing!!! most of the time anticipating what we needed before we asked. all the food was great! Red Robin made our family day great!
