Visited the Red Robin in east peoria for the first and last time this afternoon. My husband ordered the A1 Peppercorn burger. After his first bite, he looked at me, turned his sandwich around, and showed me a LONG, BLACK, CURLY HAIR COMING OUT OF THE CENTER OF HIS BURGER! We had the manager come over and express his concern. He said "Not to worry. Everyone in the back is wearing hair nets now." NOW!? Aren't they always supposed to?! Great service and friendly atmosphere. Red Robin is awesome
Rude staff. We waited forever on our food and our fries were cold and our burgers were burnt. Definitely not worth it for the money, rude service, and poor product.
We love Red Robin! But....really disappointed you're no longer taking call aheads. The restaurant is so small (especially compared to other locations we've been to) and always packed, and it was nice to be able to call ahead when the wait is long on the weekend...especially with young children.
