I ordered raspberry tea got lemonade, ordered crispy chicken sandwich got grill. how much can you screw up in one order
I absolutely love this location in Fairview Heights, Illinois. I think I have only had one time when I got less than perfect service and that time it was right at the beginning of all this Covid-19 stuff, so they were learning new processes while the customers were learning new processes and it was just hard on everybody. We always enjoy coming to this Red Robin and when businesses started opening up, they continue to impress with great food and excellent customer service. We normally have Kelsey as our waitress and that’s who we had our last visit as well. She is always friendly and attentive to what we need. She definitely made this experience pleasant!
