Good food, bad service I have a split view on this red robin. The food here is just as good as any other red robin but the service is not good. The waitress we had was not friendly at all and all she did was complain about how long she had been working.

I absolutely love this location in Fairview Heights, Illinois. I think I have only had one time when I got less than perfect service and that time it was right at the beginning of all this Covid-19 stuff, so they were learning new processes while the customers were learning new processes and it was just hard on everybody.
