My friend and I took our children to Red Robin for lunch earlier today. We sat outside and it wasn’t crowded (inside or out). Service was super slow. Bottomless fries were cold. Prices on the kids menu were wrong, we brought it up to the server who sent the manager out. He said they are using old menus so the prices were wrong so he gave us $1/off our bill. A huge thank you to Allison for recognizing there was fresh garlic on the mushrooms and sauce on my burger and having them remake it. I have a bad allergy to fresh garlic and we had mentioned it casually to her and she went above and beyond to check for me!! Thank you all so much!!
