Too bad they were just took busy to sing Happy Birthday to my Granddaughter. Waitress slapped her cake down in front of her. We won't be back! Spend my hard earned money where appreciated!

We recently visited this Red Robin after visiting other Red Robin locations and enjoying them. This location was not the same. My glass was dirty and had lipstick visible on the rim. My son also had a dirty water glass. The salt shaker was broken and when I asked for another the waiter said he had someone else bringing another. I was about finished my food by the time another came, after asking a second person for salt. My one son had asked for more fries which took forever to get. Great burgers! Friendly staff.
We bought take out. All was ok until I bit into something that wouldn’t budge. Huge onion skin. Disgusting!!! Emailed the company the same night and have heard nothing back. 2 weeks now. Very sad because we were loyal customers.
Food was burnt and strawberry lemonade was gross. Was brought out syrup to add. Like WTF !!! This was in Allentown. Two weeks before we went to Quakertown. Again food was burnt, took forever. And watched the whole kitchen staff walk out for a smoke break. Will never return. Very disappointed as we were loyal customers.
