I can understand raising prices, but when you mess with the menu specifically downsizing burger patty size and try to hide the fact that your serving far less by "up-scaling" the plates?!?!?!!!, Well you've lost this and any other potential customer I can tell. Oh, and get that stupid electronic thing off the tables.
