We went here for lunch about 2 weeks ago & I can honestly say I was never so upset about a place like this one. The server we had needed to be trained or trained again on his people skills however I guess you don't need people skills working at this place since you do almost everything with the kiosk. There were so many workers standing around doing nothing and our server didnt even have the time to ask us if our meal was OK. Generally the food is good when they get your order right. My last experience from 12/27/14 was my bank card was charged fraudulently compared to my receipt I signed for and I am still waiting for a credit or explanation why it's taking so long for the refund. Word of advice do not use the machines they have on the table
