Ordered a GLUTEN FREE burger, brought home a burger(take out) with CRISPY FRIED ONIONS on it that shouldnt have been there. Careless. Could've cost someome with an allergy their life.
Wasn't happy. Had endless refills for drink had to ask for more drink. Had bottomless sweet potato fries only a few came with initial order and they were cold. Didn't ask for more nor wasn't asked if wanted more. Service was slow. The person who sat us at our booth was very pleasant.
It was good as always except we had a gift card An there was something wrong with the card system so we couldn’t use our gift card 👎🏻
Oh, where should I begin? Let's start with the moment we walked in the door. Asked for a booth but was offered a partial booth even though there were many full ones available. Our food took forever and when it finally came, it was ice cold. Our bottomless fries never appeared even though they were requested. I suppose that is just a gimmick. Food is good but the wait was horrible, short staff in afternoon, waited 35 min for food. Bad Management to let this happen
Was just there, open at 11, waited over 5 minutes, no one there to greet... Way to lose business... At Applebee's and wow someone to greet me and seat me....
