The service was fast and the milkshakes are good and so were the burgers. We were out in about 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour. The server never came and took our bill so we had to get up and give our server our bill.
I had the Royal Red Robin Burger and it was delicious. I never had a burger with an egg on it before so I thought I would give it a try. I was so pleased because it tasted so good. Great service and great food - well done!
Came in today for lunch with our restless 2 year old. our waitress was BEYOND FABULOUS. I wish I remembered her name. We were seated at table 78. She was on top of everything and even stopped to talk and play with our son, which he loved! Thanks again to our waitress �
Best burger & DRINKS ever. Not to mention the service was right on.
My little brother and I came in at around 3 today, maybe a little before and sat at table 67. For the life of me I can't remember the name of our waitress, but she was the absolute nicest and most genuine waitress I've ever encountered. Being a waitress myself, I realize how easy it is to put on a fake smile and get through your shift, but she was genuinely nice and helpful and really made our lunch an extra special experience.
A big shout out to Manager Kevin. Thank you for a great meal and wonderful service!! It was really good to talk with you. Keep up the good work and you can count on us returning to this Red Robin restaurant again!!
Had a party of about 26 people with 5 children we had called ahead for a table, service was great, seated right when we got there. drinks and dinner came out fast I got a burger and it came out wrong so had to send it back but everyone was so nice about it and the 2nd burger came out fast and was done :) the kids had a great time, I don't like to go out to eat for many reasons but I was very impressed with the great service that I will be back :) thank you for making our night great
