RecommendedI truly enjoyed our latest dining experience at Red Robin, yum. Any food shared with family is a loving event. My food was tasty and I don’t usually say anything negative. But I was slightly disappointed. I ordered the Chicken teriyaki and was given a teriyaki burger. Good but different. My parents taught me to eat what was put before me so I did. On a Saturday before the dinner rush. Waited too long for seating because the "hostess" wrote down our name wrong. Once seated, our appetizer did arrive in a timely manner, but it was down hill from there. Ordered the Fish and Chips, one of their supposed signature dishes. It arrived way overcooked and burnt. if you order a fired egg on your burger apparently you have to tell your server you want it actually between the buns oh and hot... we got it (just the egg) cold and served on a plate while the server brought it too us she as well as kitchen staff were all laughing could of had better service at McDonalds well played red robins and your staff turn over is high because why again?!?
Waitress was really awesome and the salad I had was amazing 👍
