We were celebrating my husbands last radiation treatment and he wanted a great burger! Red Robin was the perfect choice for everyone to have awesome burgers and a great experience The staff was amazing!
Great food (as usual) Jessi is a great server. We've had her several times and always take really good care of me and my family
I couldn't get played for our appetizers. Place was to bust they said. Had to use our napkins. Then we couldn't get more napkins not refills. Was subpar at best. Very disappointed.
I have had the Burnin' Love burger several times at Red Robin...maybe more than a few times.... But it is always fantastic!! Love it! It has the perfect combination of "Burnin' items" and the bottomless fries just add to the experience. I keep saying that I will try something different each time I go...and some day, I will. But not in the near future!!! I have zero complaints about Red Robin at Polaris. I will return!!!
20 minute wait turned into 45 minutes, which happens, but as we were being seated we passed 11 empty tables. The front end had communication issues as well as one of the managers. Food was ok, once we got it and I got the correct order the second time around. During our 2 hour and 15 minute lunch, our server was awesome and we tipped her well, she was the ONLY pleasant thing about the experience. Long wait at lunch...but it is holiday shopping time. :) Food and service were excellent.
Service was super slow. Our waiter was nice but seemed frazzled. My husband had to be the one to get up and get things that we needed at our table. I don't think we will be back for awhile.
