Have never been disappointed dining at Red robin! We love their movie ticket deal and often do dinner and a movie!
3 of us stopped in on a slow day at 12:05 PM. The waitress was very nice. We finally received a cold burger, grilled chicken sandwich, a cold fried chicken sandwich, and cold fries 40 minutes after putting in our order. I wanted to leave after waiting 30 mins, I wish that I had. There was nothing positive about our visit, especially for $47.45.The manager did a quick walk by and apologized for our long wait and offered to get us some hot fries. Passed on that lame offer. Wouldn't go to this restaurant again if someone paid me to. The food was cold and less than appealing to look at. The staff was rude and obviously lacking in customer service skills.
Alison is the BEST waitress! I'm very picky and usually don't like my waiters but she had a ton of table and flew around like superman

This is the worst Red Robin I've ever been to. The food was terrible, the service was horrendous. I'm really disappointed in what this chain has become. We won't be back.
