Not impressed with the Troy location. The fish n chips were terrible. Worst ever. The salad lettuce was brown and it looked like bag lettuce and not really mixed greens. My teenagers liked the chicken strips and the burger. Service was okay. Our waitress wasn’t rude but definitely was not overly friendly. We have crossed this restaurant off our list. We’ve had better.

Our waitress Richelle was not the greatest. I specifically told her that I wanted bacon on my burger and did not get it. I specially said that my kid wants a plain hamburger. She sends one out with everything. Took forever to get our bill and not once did I hear “I’m sorry”. Not even from the manager that brought out the replacement burger which took way too long. We were half way thru our food when it came. Highly doubt returning to this location. Sad
Took forever..burgers were ok.. we’ve had better. I asked for fry’s until burgers came we didn’t get them. Once we got our food French fry were cold. We upgraded our vanilla shake n thought we got one refill , it was extra they made in silver cup which was barely nothing. My daughter got chicken sandwich with mayo sauce while tasted like hot sauce she just ate half lefted because she didn’t want to order something new n wait another 20 min.. was bummed because we usually love Red Robin.. we normally go in commerce no problem... read more
Decided to treat my coworkers for lunch. After deciding on the Red Robin- Troy, I placed a to go order. I specified what we didn't want, as well as the doneness of our food. We received burgers prepared the complete opposite of what we requested. I ordered 3 burgers & was offered a $10 off coupon or the burgers prepared again for the mistake.
