I don't think I will ever return to this Red Robin. While my service was adequate, I was overcharged and when I brought this to the attention of my waitress, she said it would be corrected, printed out the correct charges and brought me my receipt but today, my bank statement reflects the fraudulent charge.
Our server Kayla was a doll, she was so sweet and super attentive
Had a great time celebrating my Daughter's 17th birthday. .our waitress Kayla was the greatest! ! ..The food was awesome! !
Unfortunately I was not able to be with my family on their visit as I have been stationed at sheppard afb for the past 6 months but knowing there is a place like red robins that my wife can take our children, especially our daughter who is a type 1 diabetic as well as has celiacs disease, makes me feel a little better about not being able to be there with them. Thank you red robin for providing her the opportunity to enjoy dining out like a "normal" child. It means the world to us. Posting this from my wifes account.
I have not been here in about 10 yrs or so, but because it was a little later we decided to give it a try. I would be very surprised if the burgers were not frozen, and while the service was average it seemed to take quite awhile to get 2 bland overpriced hamburgers. When the bill came I was surprised that I was charged 2.99 for a fountain pop. The bill before tip came to 27.00 for 2 small tasteless hamburgers and 2 pops. I loved red robins went there tonight and got a free appetizer because we wanted for like 1 hour because people took our spots.
By far the worst service I have ever had. Extremely disappointed...
Horrible night....will never go back. ..management has no proffesionalism.
Great time at the restaurant tonight. Guy server with the cute butt and flowing hair... Walking very fast and shimmying behind the counter... Hit me up ;)
