I've been a die-hard red Robin fan for years, however this was easily the biggest let down I've had at this restaurant. While our server was ultra friendly, she was non existent during the visit. I understand the wait is longer on a Friday night, however when someone says "your food is coming right up," in my mind that means a few minutes, not 15-20 minutes.
