Service is always good. food is excellent. once you sit down, ask the server to get the fries while you are waiting to order. The burgers melt in your mouth.
Horrible experience and the management has an I don't care attitude. Hire people who serve their customers with a smile on their face and provides quality service.

Service was awful. Asked for a 2nd helping of fries. They didn't come until 15 minutes after we were done. Asked to talk to a manager. Never came. The waiter said he was in the back and couldn't come out. Tried this place a few times. This was the last. $30 for 2 burgers and a handful of fries. It seems like the waiters are under orders to not refill fries & if you are lucky enough to find your server to order them, they take so long that you don't want them because everyone is finished.
