Terrible. The bathroom made me feel like I was at a college frat house. Piss everywhere, toilets not working. Toilet paper everywhere. Gross
Always a great Burger at Red Robin! Our server June was outstanding!
Our service was horrible!!!!! No one greeted us for at least 10 min! When someone finally came over it was the manager he took our drink order. The server brought our drinks and took our order. We then waited for what seemed like forever and the the host brought our food and a refill on drinks. We never saw our server after she took our order. We paid for our check on the little computer screens. This was the worst service we have ever recieved....well lack of service.

Went there recently. Ordered a salad. Boy was I shocked when the what uesed to be hugh salad that cost 10.99. Came out on a appetizer plate. I asked why the salad got so small. I was told that people were only eating the toppings and wasting the lettuce. Mind you the salad is still 10.99. The waitress and manager were very nice. I know they have no control. I sent an email to red robin. Their response was that they put healthy lettuce in the salad and was sorry I was disappointed. Never even touched on my question. Or offere... read more
Over 30 minutes for our food to come out. When it finally got to the table the burgers and fries where not even at room temperature. The fish was disgustingly slimy and looking into the kitchen, none of the cooks had on hair nets. We will never visit this location again!
