Nothing to do with the food but I dislike order from the host. If it's on a Saturday (college football) I need to watch the game. I very well can't see a game from the chair �

The other day was the first time going loved it
I went to there for the free burger and fries for the Teacher appreciation event on June 5. I was told that there was a 2 hour wait at 8pm, even though there were no people at the tables. The person in front of me was told the wait would be 30 minutes, but when my friend went up, we were told 2 hours. We were told that there was not enough wait staff and that the kitchen couldn't handle everyone.
Dirty tables, sticky floors, menus were gross, the whole place just had a dirty unclean feeling so we just got drinks.
Food quality has suffered at RedRobin. Service was good but food taste and quality has gone down. Will not be returning
