The service was fast and courteous. The food was really good and served hot. The atmosphere was nice and the music was great to listen while eating.
Worst. Service. EVER. Just walked out after being seated for over an hour with no food served. It was not even busy, less than half the tables were filled when we walked in. We saw the waitress twice...once when she brought drinks and once when we walked out. Definitely will not be coming here again. Awful doesn't adequately describe how poor the service was, I am giving it one star because Facebook won't let me give it zero.
Worst service ever!!! My children's drinks didn't even come out until after we were done with the appetizer and then when I asked her for them she just made excuses instead of actually trying to go resolve the issue although the food is good we will probably never return because the service was that bad
I would have given it a five but when you stand at the door for several minutes without a single staff member acknowledging myself and my three boys, well, I had two staff members walk to the host stand and not say a word. But the food is ridiculous so we waited.
Great burgers and friendly service. It's always busy on the weekends but lunch is usually pretty easy to get a table. Burgers are comparable to Islands and the restaurant is usually clean and the service attentive. If there's anything I don't like it's the change in décor.
