Banzai burger was good. Fries were cold. Hardly anyone in the place and still the service sucked. Waiter was too busy doing nothing to even ask about, or just refill, my drink. The person that served the burger was nice. The place was clean. They should just have the cook bring out your food... at least he seems to have a grasp of his duties.
Waitress took forever and a day to bring me silverware. I waited 15 minutes after my family started eating for silverware, and salad dressing. only got it then because I asked for a manager.
Food and service was awesome. Really liked the atmosphere
Food was great, but the service was even better! A great lunch!!
Delicious food, great service, wonderful atmosphere. Love this location!!!
