Our server was nice but the food was not that great. My burger was burnt. I said something to the server and she offered to get something else but not remake the burger. The burger should have been removed from the bill. I had to pay for it. I barely ate 1/4 of it. Very disappointing.
Food was very good but was really disappointed with service. Ordered an appetizer and waited and waited and waited until it finally came and when it did it was not hot. After appetizer came it was only a minute or two at the most until our meal was delivered.
Waited too long for service. Food was ok. Desert was terrible. Again waited too long for bill!
This is my home location since they closed the one in Tucson. Service is always excellent and food is just as good.
Minus the dirty blinds covered in food juices and our burgers not being prepared as requested, it was just okay. Appears the Red Robin update budget has forgotten about this location.
