Second time to a red robin and I still love the good and service
This was my first visit to a red robin and I was very impressed, the food was lovely. I had the garden burger, it was nice to have a vegetarian option that was different to the spicy bean burger that most other places offer. My partner had a salad and it came with bread and a generous amount of toppings. The service here was also very good, I was impressed that because our server was a little busy another member of the team came over and said she was here to help him out and would take our order. If I could rate this place a half a star I would. Gross.....when I bit into my burger there was some hard piece of plastic in it. I could tell it was a cheap patty and the meat had this weird after taste like it was old. The bun was soaked in old maragarine or some kind of nasty fat that was dropping off. Should've noticed how filthy the floor was too...I can only imagine how nasty the kitchen is. Hours later I was nauseas. Never eating at this Pitt again. I'd rather drink bleach.

The Best hamburgers I ever had, nice french fries and an excellent customer service. I will come back any time.
Their burgers are awesome, but you have to ask for extra fries when you order takeout, for a place with bottomless fries, they are stingy with them when you oder to go.
Thanks again for an excellent night. We had a very large party tonight and you accommodated all of us perfectly! The food was great and the servers were even better. We appreciate all you did to make our son's 17th birthday a fun night for our family and friends!
