Hey Red Robin thank you for the wonderful memories!
YUM! I was going to say what more is there to say but it wouldn't let me submit it like that. The food is awesome. The dining environment is great but it can get very noisy at times. We have been taking our family to this restaurant for many years and the service has always been great. We always love when the staff come out and sing Happy Birthday to someone and every time they do it, our whole family sings and claps with the staff from our table. Our children always loved that experience when they were growing up.
Great place! I always get the best sevice. The manager Jeff always take such good care of us! And Chesley is one of our favorite servers.
This place used to be great but the customer service is just not there, the waiters ignore you and you never see them to even ask them for anything. You guys either need to do some training for better customer service or rehire an entire new wait staff!
We ate there last night. The service was horrible--so slow they kept handing out fries to everyone around us. We tried the new crab cake sandwich. DON'T--it was horrible and expensive. Not on the menu so we didn't know the price. It was breaded and fried!! They better stick to Burgers!!
