We came for teacher appreciation. They had two servers, a line out the door, and no hostess for 30 minutes. We left after 50 minutes. Thanks for the appreciation.
Ordered online for curbside pickup, arrived on time, been sitting here for 30 min past the time they said, still waiting. Not the best if you have hungry kids in the car
The food wasn’t bad however the service was the worst. I know servers can have bad days however to mess up everything from the drinks to the burgers not sure where her mind was. I hope she has better days and we will have better service next time around.
Got right in to be seated. Ordered drinks while waiting for rest of party. Ordered appetizers & they got there just as last of party arrived. Ordered food after waitress finally got back to us. Food came fairly quickly. My first order of fries were end of batch cause somewhat old. Got 2nd batch of fries & veggies fairly quickly. Waitress asked if I wanted a drink refill. I said yes & never got it. Food & service could have both been better, but will still go back.
My daughter ate there last week with a girlfriend' they had to send back the burger because it had a plastic piece in it! Then they watched their waitress stand there and EAT THE BURGER' thinking no one was looking!! that was so gross!!
Waited an hour for food. Burgers were red not pink. Our plates looked like somebody had handled them and were dingy. Hubby fries were squished and looked like they came off of somebody else’s plate. Got a refil on mine and they were undercooked. Asked for a box and lid. Waited while she walked past us 4 times before she asked again
Food was very good. Server was on it and very sweet.
For a while this Red Robin location was great. But in the past two years the over-all quality has gone down. Most of the staff is rude to the guest and act like you are a burden to them, making the experience unpleasant. The food never seems to be made correct to order and the restaurant is rarely clean. On our most recent visit we were even sat at a dirty table by the hostess where the soon after, the server made it clear that it was a problem for us to ask for it to be wiped. Very disappointed.
Our food was delicious and our server, Charles was outstanding!!! Five stars for sure!
