Absolutely HORRIBLE service..it's such a shame because I love Red Robin and usually save a treat meal for the weekend but it was a huge disappointment last Saturday. We ordered an onion ring tower that sat on the kitchen line for about 15min (because I saw them there) and our waitress was no where to be found. This was one of the worse experiences of my life eating out $22 for a burger that's not right and then it wasn't good the waitstaff didn't care if you were there or not I'll never go back
