Red Robin used to be my favorite place but sadly I have to share that out of my last 3 visits the service has gone from POOR to UNACCEPTABLE and I'd really like to know Why......each visit was at a non peak time (between lunch and dinner time) The wait time to get an ice tea was close to 20 minutes - had to ask for extra napkins 3 times AND they messed up my order.
