So I love red robin. Love it! Eat it all the time. But when I'm sitting at the bar and watch a young lady reach her hand into a bag of Oreo crumbs to put them into a milkshake I want to loose my mind. It's basic food handling procedure. Use a scoop or gloves. Don't bare handle food and put it into my milkshake please. Common sense. Also no tongs for the oranges going into my drink. Just throw them on in there....????? Come on. The service was great, the food good. Sweat tea was a little off in taste, but ok overall. The fries were good and hot, I had a chicken sandwich which was hot and good. The burgers the rest of the family had were good as well. While the food was good and service great, the food was a bit pricey but good enough. Would definitely come back again to eat here.

Used to really like this place until tonight. My husband called in an order and they got my burger wrong. It didn't have the jalepenos on it that we asked to be put on it, there wasn't even any lettuce just onion,cheese and sauce. Needless to say I won't be eating it. I was really craving it too.
