This location is denying access to the Red Robin in Jackson for not wearing a mask or breaking HIPPA and showing medial documents of medical conditions. Someone today was told that They had to wear one to the seat and then could take it off. They told them it could send them into a seizure and she would be calling an ambulance and she said well you are welcome to order take out. Had to ask several times for ranch, mustard, lemons and still didn’t get them. Also got no endless fries with the burger so had to eat half of it without them. Terrible service. We won’t be back.

Covid must have killed the good service, because we couldn't find it anywhere. No Avocado on my BLTA and we had to get up from the table to find our nonexistent waitress to ask about getting some. Apparently they were out of Avocado but didn't intend on telling the person ordering a sandwich that obviously comes with it. Just FYI, running past the table once to say are yall ok doesn't count as checking on your customers. Worst service here ever.
