Our order was incorrect, mayo was added even tho we requested no mayo. Burgers were basically tasteless...I added salt & pepper, still no flavor. Fries are standard frozen steak fries, again with no flavor. Server did not come back to us until he brought the check. I love burgers....Red Robin's burgers are simply awful. Won't be going back & won't recommend to anyone else. Also noted, ladies room smells bad. Needs a serious cleaning.

I just wanted to take a second to dote on the nicest server I've probably ever had. I didn't catch his name, but on the ticket it says Ryan, so I'm hoping that's him! Ryan was extremely attentive without being over-bearing. This is someone who you could tell truly loves their job. He got me absolutely everything I needed in a very timely manner. The servers/expediters that helped him are very nice and appreciated as well, but Ryan (even with a mask on) had the most pleasant, upbeat attitude and mentioned a few times how grat... read more
