Clean, fast service, and good pricing but always full with a wait. Worth waiting. 10 min but with Chili's around the corner,. Why wait longer?
Staff was friendly and food was good. I LOVE THAT THERE WAS NO MUSIC - I actually enjoyed my meal and was able to talk to my husband !! Table was sticky and server had fragrance that wasn't food friendly but the QUIET was worth the minor annoyance .
THE GOOD: Best part about tonight was the great employee that even though he had his jacket on and was leaving, he still saw us standing there in the entrance and took the time to seat us. THE BAD: Finding a hair in my sandwich which completely ruined my meal, THE UGLY: still having to pay for anything when I had A HAIR IN MY BURGER!
We went on February 13 to dinner and the place was packed. Our waitress took great care of us. Thanks Tori. When I asked for the manager, they thought I was gonna complain about something, I said nope just wanted to say what a great job she did.
02/13/2016 - The worst experience me and my family have had. The service was slow, bad customer service and food was cold. We had to send all our food back because it came out cold, when the food was brought back out the food was burnt. The onion rings were so over cooked the onion on the inside was black. The manager was made aware of the poor food and poor service yet nothing was done to correct the errors or to make a good customer experience.
