Had the Crispy Chicken sandwich with streak fries, it was fantastic!
Ordered their “endless” fries for our family of 4 when our food was served and we never got them until we finished eating our meal and had to tell our waiter. Then when they bring some out there’s seriously like 10 fries for all 4 of us. Don’t have a marketing campaign of endless fries and not deliver. I can get a good burger lots of other places just the same.
We love Red Robin normally. This was our WORST experience. Traveling with 2 kids under 3, thy don’t want to wait for food. We got told no fries until our order came. We spoke to a manager when 20 minutes after ordering our kids didn’t have anything to eat. The manager barely said a word and then dropped our food in front of us. We actually tipped a different waiter than ours because he was the only part of the experience that didn’t suck. Terrible!!
Came here for a quick birthday dinner and Kimberly was awesome!
