Horrible service. Waited forever just to order drinks. Finally flagged down a waitress who served us even though it wasn't her table. She did a good job for us as well as notified the manager who never even checked in. He walked right past us. Even the kids were unhappy with it. Then we got charged an extra $2 "entertainment fee" for the privilege of the horrible service. Service has gotten worse and worse over time. Will not go back.
Super dissapointed. Summer night, Saturday 9:30 pm and the Calumet St. Restaurant is closed while the sign at the door is posting that they are open until 11 pm. Kids and family are very angry. I guess I wont be getting my "yumm" tonight :/
Our kids love this restaurant which is why we continue to put up with it. No matter the time of day there is always a wait. The past 3 times we've come there has been a wait. Right now the front parking lot and dining room have a substantial number of spots open but still a 25 minute wait for a party of 5. Even smaller parties are waiting. Just schedule an extra server or two.
I'll never eat here due to the manager who lied straight to my face about hiring because she didn't like how i looked. She calls me specifically to come interview for a server position that they just had up on Craigslist. Walked in sat down she asks me one question, I get 2 words out before telling me that their not looking for servers right now. I even called later that day to ask if they were hiring servers and was told yes. I've never had a bad experience eating there before but I will not eat at a place that discriminate... read more

So the only ones that do there job here r the cooks and the greeter everyone else sucks we had four different people bring us stuff so who to ask for something idk not that matter since we were ignored the whole time anyways except by the greeter...I will never go here again is good food worth the wait and the way ur treated I think not
Here right now. Your waitress, Kimberly, just came and grabbed her tip while we are still sitting here. That's some RUDE FUCKING ASS BULLSHIT. By the way, i told KIMBERLY i didn't want cheese on my burger. guess what. I got cheese.
The food is great, but the service is AWFUL! We sat in the bar specifically because we didn't want to sit near noisy kids. Five minutes later a couple comes in and sits right next to us with three kids all under four years old. Asked for a toothpick and was told they don't have them because they are a safety issue for children. Why are they allowing kids in the bar? The service is so slow! Bottomless fries? Not really when you can't get the attention of ANY wait staff.
Worse service ever. Started off good got our drinks and ordered our food...then it took about 40 min to get our very cold food and never saw our server again till we were half way done with dinner and all empty drinks. Got refills on drinks and didnt get them for about 20 min at the time we were ready to leave. And my daughters refill mac & cheese had to be taken to go...sad sad service. Oh and no management to be seen.
