extremely dirty, horribly under staffed
I’m torn on not recommending Red Robin but they have no in between option. For the first time in a long time of going here they finally got my order right. 5/6 times Yeah. The food was incredibly good and the service was great. Now for the disappointment, the floor felt like an ice ring as I slid to the table. Later I went to the rest room and the rug literally slid with me. Almost everywhere I walked I felt like I was sliding. What a mess with this place Our silverware had old food stuck all over. I brought it up to the manager Jim for him just to say sorry and then go to the kitchen and start working with food without washing his hands . Never coming back here. @ Brookfield Wisconsin location. I have pictures posted ... gross
I had lunch there for the first time today. It was early not crowded. Seated where it was comfortable for me. Server prompt. French fries blah--mac & cheese blah burger bun not grilled and one razor thin slice of tomato. Server ok. This was my first and last time to go to Red Robin.

Normally, a really good experience but Sunday the 1st was just aweful.. our food was luke warm st best... like it sat under the lamp... my wife had to send hers back... burger and fries... then got charged for the remake... was supposed to have a free appetizer and had to get that corrected 2x as well... been a loyalist since you opened but this was not even close to standards...
Very rude management team. You all should be retrained or find a different occupation.
