I usually never have an issue when my family and I go there. However I was there over this past weekend and the service was terrible, bathroom was disgusting and my daughters corn dog nuggets were so burnt & ice cold - she couldn't even bite into them - my food was also burnt & cold as I had a patty melt.... our fries were cold as well. Justin was an incredible waiter! Excellent service!
Manager was friendly and interactive(I don't recall her name but it was about 6pm on Monday the 20th) and so was our server, Ryan. All the staff was welcoming and polite. They asked frequently how our food was, if we needed more fries, more drinks. Food arrived quickly and was just how we asked. Wonderful time!

Good burgers. Good service. But $54 for 2 people to have a burger and a beverage? Come on...
I love Red Robin. The bartenders were very good and very nice. The food was also excellent.
My daughter loves to spend her birthday at red robin, the staff is so amazing and caring and being a kid she loves the attention. the only think that i could suggest is that the staff and management needs to use less perfume, when the food came we could only smell the perfume for a little bit.
