RecommendedThis location was great!! The one in castle Rock keeps changing their menu and drink selection.... staff there is also not as friendly as this location! Had a great time!!! May start going back now.
It was free for teachers, so I don't want to complain too much! Despite there being empty tables, our server wasn't good. He forgot to put my drink order in. Repeatedly. It came after the food came. Worse, he was whiny and snarky about it when I asked.
Service was ok. Asked if cluck tenders had much breading and was told no. 80% breading. Almost zero chicken. Not impressed at all. Shrimp was fine. Very little breading. Learn from that When u do chicken tenders. Def not worth the evening.
Went in on a Friday evening. There were 4 employees at the host stand, 1 Family in front of us. The other family was sat immediately. We were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. There were at least 4 empty tables that I could see. While waiting at least 2 families left. 20 minutes later and we still had not been seated. There were many clean, empty tables. When we arrived we were told it would be about 15 minutes. It turned into 45 minutes. There were empty tables even with people waiting to be seated but not a lot of servers. I think they got busier than they expected. Food was great but service mediocre. Drinks were not refilled without us having to ask and the server seemed flustered . she was nice just not attentive. Again just think they were busier than they had planned for.
We went for a family dinner. There was no one to greet us when we arrived, the host asked us 3 times how many in our party. The service was mediocre and the food was not the what I expected from Red Robin. I used to enjoy the food and service here but I have not been here in 2 years since I moved out of town not the same. The service is awful! Tons of people waiting while there are empty tables. Ordered food to be picked up was not ready when we arrived waited 30 additional minutes for it to be made. Hostess Sarah tried to tell us we just placed the order. Little did she know we had the confirmation that was placed 90 minutes before we arrived. It seemed like everyone was out out control. No directions from management. What a hot mess!!! Never again!
I ordered online and they forgot my side of mac n cheese. When I called to let them know they said I was lying and that it was in the bag! Who does that to their customers over a $2.99 side of mac and cheese?! I'll never visit another Red Robin ever again I was made to feel awful. By far the worst customer service I've ever had.
So disappointed!! Ordered veggie burger, comes with avacodo but none on mine! Some really gross looking mushrooms though. Returned it came back with avocado but my husband waited for me so then his was cold:(!! No compensation was even offered. Won't be going back....
