Disappointed customer – My husband and I go to Red Robin at Bridge Street ONLY because our three little boys LOVE it. But the service and upkeep of this restaurant are horrible!!! Of all the restaurants we go to, it's the worst by far. I honestly don't think they will be around much longer if they don't make some improvements. First of all, the women's restroom is always messed up - you can count on that. One of the two sinks in the women's restroom doesn't work, and the manager knows (I told her myself).
