I get that it's going to take some time to get back into the swing of things after opening up, but this was ridiculous. very poor service from a very snappy hostess. get to the table and it is filthy. mention this to the hostess and all they did was come look at it and walk away. when they set the menus down one fell on the seat and the hostess says oh well and walks away. there spinach artichoke dip was cold ask the waitress for things multiple times and gave us the wrong order
terrible place. the manager and staff a rude. the food is horrible. I question if they treated us the way they did because we didn't fit in being disabled. when asking questions the manager and staff rolled their eyes and either evaded the question or sighed really loud like it was a bother to them.

Family friendly environment that puts you in the heart of San Dimas
So I normally don’t blast businesses on Facebook, but I feel this one is worth it. On Wednesday we went with some friends to Red Robin in Merrillville. I’ve been there many times but this time was BEYOND ridiculous! Not only did our service SUCK, drinks were not refilled, our server completely ignored us, food delays (mind you they were dead) but the boys bathroom stall was overflowing out into the hallway that was ignored almost the entire time we were there. they are good service. their foods are good
Showed up at 9pm to place a to-go order for family flying in and ended up sitting down to eat when their flight got delayed. This Red Robin staff has literally the best customer service I’ve ever received at a Red Robin. Adrienne was friendly, professional, and an overall amazing server. Absolutely recommend dining here.
