I love to feed but this last time I went service sucked reason it did because the waitress was so slow when I went out of dr. pepper I looked up the waitresses sitting down didn't even bother to get up and also when she took my order she sit down in the booth I have worked the last time all of my life when I was young and that was the worst thing you could ever do is sit down in a booth I went ahead and tipped her because I worked in last night I feel not tipping a person is worse thing I could do
The food was delicious but the service not as much. We were in last Saturday and had a wonderful time! Went back last night and felt we were bothering the server. Being in restaurant management most of my life, I love watching the manager at the Fayetteville location run around making sure the best experience is had by all. We didn’t even get silverware last night. The fish and chips I had were the best i’ve ever had in my life! We’ll be back!

Went here last night for my mother's veterans deal and my father's birthday. We had a terrible experience at BWW (buffalo wild) and our waitress, Marko, fixed it right away. She was super nice and she was funny, had us all laughing in no time. She gave my father a hard time and picked on him which cheered him right up, we all enjoy a person with a personality and sense of humor. My girlfriend Krystal and I went it yesterday and we had the best experience, very clean and our waiter was on point at making sure we had everything we needed! I love eating at Red Robin! I have read some of these negative comments and I believe some people expect too much , if your that picky eat at home!
I’m giving this 5 stars to a person, I don’t know what his name is. But to put it bluntly it’s the bald guy who wasn’t even our server. He was so sweet & made up for us having a long wait. Sorry if we looked mad, we were just tired of waiting. You the real MVP!
