Terrible service at Red Robin today. Our server took our order and we never saw him again. Had to ask another person to get us refills. Because of this, we did not leave a tip today. (We normally tip above 15%). Furthermore, after we left, we checked our checking acct only to see they had actually charged us almost $16 more than what our bill was. We went back and they had no explanation for why this happened and said it "should" correct itself in a few days. Terrible business practice!! We won't go back!!

We went there today for our complementary birthday burgers. I had the best burger, I have ever had since we have been eating there. Our server was extremely hands on. We also had a bottomless root beer float. It was wonderful. I look forward to going back in real soon and having another chopped burger. Each time we go there I like to try a different burger. I was very satisfied with our server and the food.
