Kinda feeling like the red headed step child because my order was to go. We ordered 6 meals and since this place is known for bottomless fries you'd think to go orders would at least get enough fries to cover the bottom of the container. We pay the same for our food but we don't get similar amount of food when there is plenty of room in the container. The salad I got as a side dish was literally just lettuce. There service and food are excellent, I highly recommend this to anyone. They have the best and most unique burgers I have ever had.
Food was good. Love the Wiskey BBQ wrap! But service was slow.
Horrible service tonight. Servers were bumping into us, knocked stuff off our table without even offering to pick it up or ever the courtesy of saying sorry, our server did everything except help us at any time.

This used to be one our favorite eaterys, but dinner, the night before last was a real disappointment. We haven't been there in a while and I was very displeased with the hamburger patty. If a customer requests bleu cheese, and you charge them for bleu cheese, then please actually give the customer the bleu cheese. This is the 2nd to go order that's been goofed. My bleu cheese is missing every time, but the charge sure isn't! Then my husband gets the wrong burger completely. Its inexcusable, especially when we don't notice until we are all the way back home.
Went to red robb in last night for dinner. It was a birthday dinner so was extra special. With all the fantastic food options in cda I was so disappointed in our food and service. Probably our favorite place to eat, great service. They know how to treat their customers. We ate there tonight and they brought me the wrong burger, they took it back and the server come over and apologies and brought me out a serving of fries since my husband had his burger. They quickly make me the correct birger but I wanted jo pink and this one had pink but since I was hungry by then I ate it but did point it out to our server again she apologies and says that she will have the burger taken off our bill.
