I order your Crispy Chicken Tender Salad for lunch to go ever few weeks because it's so good and big enough to give me 2 days of lunches. I always order it without tomato (absolutely can not stomach a raw tomato) and most of the time that's how I get it. We've been going every Saturday for the past 9 weeks we are in town due to dog training classes, the last 4 weeks my order has been messed up. I order gluten free since I have celiac disease, my husband knows my order completely we go over it in the car before he goes in to order, my order is lettuce wrapped burger with provolone and extra tomato, the first week I had relish, mayonnaise, onions and pickles added, so he went in we got our money back the guy said we now need to start our order with plain. We love the food here always. Was there last night and had the best waitress we had ever had (bri) keep up the yummy food
Was looking forward to a decent Burger. Was seated. Waited 12 minutes to be asked for drinks. Brought the wrong drink first, second didn't include the lemon I asked twice for. But okay... Burger was rather greasy and got it with Mayo, i said I didn't want. So remade the Burger. Asked for a platenof "endless fries" got 13 fries... No wonder why there endless, because you have to ask for many plates for a regular helping... Kind of hope management sees this and decides to hold a meet meeting for being a better team all around.... read more
Their burgers are so good. Enjoy going there. Fast and friendly service. We don't go out much but when we do its Red Robin!!
