Ate at Red Robin with my daughter. Overall it was mostly good, but I felt like something was missing. We checked in with the hostess. I had to ask to be put on the text list. Then someone else says "oh no, we can seat you now. We were just waiting for more servers" we were greeted quickly enough, ordered drinks and then food. When my sister came home fri Her 6 month Deployment over Seas, leaving behind four kids to help keep us all safe, we had her surprise Welcome Home Party! And we were able to surprise her kids!!! It was truly the most amazing experience!! Red Robin Staff and managers were at the top of their game!!!!! They even paid for our entire dinner! Thanks so much for everything!!!!

When my nephew died red Robin helped my family a lot, paid our room and board, at a really nice hotel, and let us eat and drink for free while we were in Kansas for the funeral. I do think their food is good, but overpriced. Because of what they did for my family, I will always support the company. No one in my family has ever worked for the company, so the fact they helped us out makes them an amazing company. My employer wouldn't have put out that much money for their employees, let alone some strangers. Good job red Robin... read more

this is me and my daughter second time going in there the first time was a very bad experience and the second time the waiter was super nice forgot about our order gave it to somebody else another table He apologize I did tip very well but I don't know if we're going to go back

GREAT burgers. MONSTER deserts. Only thing is that I don't like the fries. REGULAR french fries would be better. OR, just offer regular fries too along with those steak fries. Unless, of course, you've done that already ! Thanks !

Thanks for the review! While we do not have thin cut regular potato fries, we do with sweet potato fries! They are delicious and can be substituted for steak fries with your meal!
