The team at Red Robin saved my windscreen at short notice when I was on a drive from one side of the country to the other. An old chip had started to spread and I had a long way to go until my destination. I showed up unannounced at 8am and, although they were super busy ahead of Memorial Day weekend, they squeezed me in. They came right out to my work (which was most helpful) and removed the windshield that Safelite on Clairemont incorrectly replaced in Jan 2018- THANK YOU! The customer service was outstanding and Rob was very informative which was very helpful and reassuring.
I hate needing a windshield replaced, but Robin and his staff take the pain out of the process. Always goes above and beyond. Thank you!
I am so very happy with the service you provided! I called this morning at 7:28am and you stated that you were full but would call me with the earliest appointment. I got a call around 12:15 asking if you could come to my work and complete the rock chip repair! Less the 5 hours and my window is fixed and ready for the impending weather! I recommend Red Robin auto glass to anyone! They are very friendly and did an awesome job on the new windshield. I will definitely go back for any glass work I need done on my car.
