It was my first time at Red Robin and I am completely disappointed. The food was delayed and the meat of the burger was cold. I didn’t enjoy it at all. It was not worth the money. Never going back again. �

Food and service good, but can't believe you took the patty melt off the menu :(
We called to place a carry out order and the girl was short and rude on the phone with my wife, she acted annoyed that we where placing an order then slammed the phone down and didn’t say bye when we finished the order after my wife said thank you. Excellent choice for who’s handling the phones gives an excellent impression of what kind of care the food will be prepared with. Thanks
We did curbside service. They told us to be there at 7:00. When we arrived at 7:01 they said they were just starting it. Then they could not find it. Finally at 7:25 we were able to leave with our full order after a couple of more delays.
Garlic fries very nice option, but service slow & food was greasy
